Scanline option request

I like to use scanlines as well as the D3D filter to blur the screen a bit. I find this helps with the blockiness and provides a cool retro look to the graphics (yeah I know, controversial )

Thing is, I love the new autoscale option but it messes up the scanlines. Is there any way this could be fixed? Maybe rendering the scanlines after scaling or something?

I remember old thread about it. If I remember correctly most EAB users didn't like scanlines...
