Screen resizing

Some things that I noticed that need to be fixed:

I would like to get a perfect 640x512 screen on a 720x756 window with the option "Fullscreen (max)" but is impossible to get a perfect integer square image like with "no scaling".

The option "keep aspect ratio" doesnt seems to work on windowed mode, too. Another thing, is that the mouse cursor blinks when it is over the border of the window.

Keep aspect ratio works on windowed mode only if you set screen aspect ratio manually. Automatic does nothing in windowed (by design).
