Have I got most the Deli/Eagle players?

I'm on a quest to get the most deliplayer/eagle external replayers as possible so I can play all those great game music files .

I've currently leeched Exotica (thanks Buzz) and Aminet for all the external players they have.

Are there any more good sites with external players for these great programs, or have I just about got the lot?

Hopefully soon I'll have the most compatible Amiga music setup on the planet!

I think those are all. But I'd be glad to find some more!

KEep in mind that most of the deliplayers you download from there also work on the PC version of DeliPlayer, if you chuck them at the Amiga Players dir. Some of them dont work, like the EMUL or DeliAY players, but a lot of others do work just fine!

Thanks Akira.

Does that mean I can dump all these players into the PC Delitracker "Amiga Players" folder to get it to play more formats and vice versa (dump everything from the PC Delitracker "Amiga players" folder into the Amiga "Deliplayers" folder?)

Some of the players I've downloaded from exotica have the suffix .txt, I guess that doesn't matter (I won't need to rename them will I?)

Yes you can, however, teh players that come with teh PC version, I bet you already have for the Amiga. And perhaps in a newer version! So id just dump the ones you have on your meega to the PC.

Most will work, you'll see I think I can now run about 300 tune types thanks to that!

Correction: 255

i've upload Delitracker2.34 (unreleased). It's my everyday config, with all latest deliplayers [without redundant players (as possible)].

I hope it'll facilitate the job for all amiga user.

Have a nice listening

Send a message via ICQ to rgen
Have a look at wanted team's homepage, they've written a lot of replayers and ripped many good mods.
(the eagleplayers work in delitracker/player too (except the amplifier versions with suffix .amp))

Thanks everyone, especially Frog for that convenient Deliplayer download! That one went straight into my Amiga archives

Right, I'm off to enjoy some classical tunes on my real Amiga!

I used to run Deliplayer a lot on my A600, but now I got a 1200, I switched to Eagleplayer.

Something about its DIR-Lister that I like a lot

I'll give that a try! But Eagle has a 14bit player too...

I suppose I need AHI right? I dont know if it';s installed properly, let's give it a try.

BTW, XM playing under Eagleplayer is not very good, it has too low volume... is Deliplayer's volume better in XM tunes?

Eagle's 14bit noteplayer is not very good imho.
The Deli 14bit noteplayer can run without AHI, it offer lot of options that you can't find in Eagle such as an auto volume boost which handle to listen correctly to XM, IT etc... you can even set a special config for a module.
Delitracker was more open than Eagle which explain that lot of people has developped some stuff for it. For e.g Jochen Hippel wrote his own Deliplayer and so you can play some of his ST format (Eagle can't do that)

Personally i like both Deli and Eagle... i even use the old Hippo to play .MOD

Hints: you can use Deli playlist with Eagle too.
