with your equipment you should have a look at Sample Wrench.

IF you have distortion issues and such, it could be related to capacitor problems in the sampler, too. Mine needs to warm up a bit before running properly (clear sign a recap is needed)

Moved house. New studio space and new ideas for the setup. Previously I toyed with the idea of using the Amiga as a MIDI sampler (I.e. controlling it externally using e.g. cubase) but online research drew a bit of a blank.
Any ideas out there? As much as I like octamed, it would be great to get some Paula crunch without being tied to the tracker format. Music -X might be an option as a half way house but did anyone make a bit of software that allows comprehensive(ish) external midi control of onboard sounds? |
