CPU detection and SysInfo

Does anyone happen to know how SysInfo detects a 68020 CPU (as opposed to a 68EC020?)
I'm tinkering with Minimig cores again, and I noticed that in both DiagROM and SysInfo the CPU was being detected as an EC020 even when I had 32-bit FastRAM configured.

The reason is that the address decoding was ignoring the top 8 bits except when they match the address of the autoconfigured 32bit RAM block. I've adjusted it to return all '1's from unconfigured 32-bit addresses, and DiagROM now detects a full '020, but SysInfo now leaves the processor field blank!
