Will be done if I feel lazy enough to install both variants of Scala (or if there is some preinstalled image somewhere...)

"Green" dongle emulation implemented and it seems to work. "Red" dongle not tested but according to above link, it has 20 times larger capacitor so I simply also increased pin toggle delay 20 times (which may not be correct, it probably is not linear change)
