Yup. Take a track you can only just complete - with a couple of seconds to spare. Get the code, try it with the regular Lotus, then take the Elan out for a spin. Compare how much time you have left. I did this with the roadworks track 8 in Medium to discover it.

Having a quick blast now. It looks like the Elan being the slowest the game is a bit too generous on extra time given at checkpoints, I might be able to get past stage 4 on medium now (had another go with the Esprit in the early hours and stopped just before the checkpoint again)

Took the Elan out on the Easy Level: 16,860,860
The one thing about this car. On a narrow track with fast opponents, and especially when slidey, passing can be more of an art. I spent a whole lap behind some annoying red car on the rally track. |

@Graham, Why don't you make the last round more interesting and open up the league table a bit (and get vermillion participating again to secure his No:1 spot)
Give 12-1 points out for best easy, medium and hard scores and best overall scores from all 3 rounds? Would open it up again with the possibilty for others to take the title or would this be bending the rules too much??? Food for thought!!! |

Hmm, don't think it's particularly fair to do that at such a late stage to be honest. I think I'll keep it as it is.
However, I do like that idea, and maybe we could use it for a special round in the Super League at some point...? |

Well I managed to complete all ten tracks this time, there's still room for improvement here though (I only just rolled over the finish line in the last race, for instance).
