Confirmed ... and the "real" TOSEC file is 300kb. Cody's file is faulty. Upped.
Cody, PLEASE check CRCs before uploading. It *is* possible and no big deal.

Barbarian with correct CRC uploaded, too.

Emuchina does not host a 100% perfect TOSEC set. Those can only be found on IRC or in some FTPs on a board not far away

Ah crap - sorry about that Bahnhof file.

The rest of the files have been through ROMCenter were all okayed against the TOSEC v0.22 dat - does this mean that there is a problem with ROMCenter?

There isn't a problem with ROMCenter!
Just look at the *names*, not the CRCs.
You uploaded the Barbarian version with the SystemZ on, and this one got different CRC! Mine is without SystemZ. This is correct as it is!
Just check the CRCs *before* uploading and compare it to the CRCs demanded.
Iena wanted exactly that very file with CRC xxxxxxxx. Of course the files you uploaded are okayed against the dat, but he already has those! Only some single files with certain CRC were missing. So uploading a random file from the set doesn't make much sense.

Battle Chess (1988)(Interplay)[cr QTX][a] [folder: Battle Chess (1988)(Interplay)[cr QTX][a]]
wrong crc32: Battle Chess (1988)(Interplay)[cr QTX][a].adf [wrong: 0x94aa0072] [right: 0xc5c39829]

Now i have only those 2 with crc

Is there a rom channel in mirc with 100% real tosec file ?

Because i still need to check all the other letters and i think many files have wrong crc

I havent used Romcenter for a long time now but I only changed to clrmame pro because it seemed 'unreliable'.. Some times it used to report good zips as bad (winzip reported them as good)
and vice versa... In the end I just couldnt trust it anymore...

clrmamepro is definately the best

I too agree that CLR is the best renaming tool out there and Roman does a great job of keeping it up to date
