how do i run projext x ?

hi to you all. i am new to Amiga emulation and was exited to learn you can play amiga games on a pc. Ok to my point i have Winuae (1.3.4.0) and kickstart 1.3. I am not sure if Project x works with this set up, when i start the first disk (adf) it seems to load up fine gets past the start game then it seems to reboot and go back to the start and loads up the game , can anyone give me some advise on how to get this game to work thanks Dave.

To find out what spec a particular game needs you can use the "Hall of Light" search box at the top right of the screen

In this case its OCS ECS so I'd have thought that it would run on a 1.3 setup.

Use the A500 quickstart option.

Don't speed up the floppy disk (turbo option) and make sure you have good version of the game. Where did you download your version from?

Also you're using an old version of WinUAE - the newest one is 1.4.6. If you ever run into problems make sure you use a newer version in case that makes a difference.

Thanks for all replys, i messed with the emulate hardware part of winuae using A1200 with 4meg of fast ram and now i can run the game so it seems ok, but i will get the latest version, thanks Dave
