For a Boxing Management game try "Boxing Masters" on the EAB Server.
Look in folder "User/Peter/Games/F1 Licenseware" for the full F1 game I remember seeing this game advertised in Amiga magazines but I haven't managed to find a review of it yet. I would be interested to know what you think of it... The F1 description of the game is as follows... Become a Boxing Manager and hire Trainers and Physio Therapists to keep your fighters in excellent condition whilst you arrange fights for them. Control the whole aspect of the game and then watch to see if your fighter did any good. An excellent management simulator which requires lots of skill and patience... Panza is pretty neat and you can customise your moveset.I played a lot of this game
My fave boxing game has to be without a doubt Barry McGuigan's boxing on the C64.It appears a bit naff if you go back to it now but stick with it and it's hugely rewarding.I recall it was perhaps a tad easy but maybe i was just brilliant at it.It holds up well still i find and has a tremendous sense of atmosphere- for me at least i feel like i'm in the ring with an enormous crowd behind me- perhaps i just get sucked into more by the slightly minimal looking games It's an activision game and released at a time when you knew it was good to buy activision Punch out is great but it's more a puzzle reaction game than a boxing simulation |

4D Sports Boxing! - no, its 4D! ^-^ Loved this little number...
Was surprised to hear "Barry McGuigan's boxing" in this thread. A friend had it on the CPC, and I managed to load it up, maybe only TWO TIMES before it broke due to READ ERROR B messages... I dont think he ever got to play it but I liked it. Punch-Out!... no wait, Super Punch-Out!!! I LOVED this one! |

Boxing or beat'em up? If it comes to straight boxing, I think "4D Sports Boxing" does not have any serious competition.

My favourite 2D boxing game is "Boxing Legends of the Ring" on the Sega Megadrive. The Amiga never really had much choice when it came to boxing games which is kinda odd.

By Fair Means Or Foul on the acorn electron was good for its time made by the kings of acorn games Superior Software. I believe they also did versions for 'better' computers as well and i think there was a name change involved as well.

And it's 3D man , so no go. I once played it all the way advancing as fast as possible to the top, the final fight seemed to be almost impossible but i managed to win it!

I remember loving TV Sports Boxing and Panza Kickboxing as a kid but as I grew older I held 4d Sports Boxing as a better game.
