zx spectrum pd disks

hi all,
just wondering if anyone has or maybe had the zx spectrum pd disks.
21 years ago i had a zx spectrum emulator on amiga.as it was new there wasnt a lot of spectrum roms available so over a year or 2 i converted my tape collection to digital format and released a number of rom disks with a readme file with my contact details.
over the next year or so i released them onto the amiga pd scene and they were known worlwide....then came the 486 pc so i upgraded to that..a couple of years later i was getting requests by mail for more roms from as far as canada.

have you got any of these disks ? did you have any of these disks ?

it would be great to know if they are still kicking around somewhere.
perhaps my roms are used in todays emulators..who knows ? would be a hoot if they are...ahh,those were the days...

hi emufan.thanks for the info but i doubt i'll find them on the rom sites.the original disks will have had the snaps taken off them and re-distributed.
i made about 20 of these disks in 92/93 so i wouldnt be able to remember the exact titles of the compilations.
i never even thought about them till yesterday but i will endeavor to find some...gives me something to do..lol.

i was looking at some bbs archives (/Commodore_Amiga/Collection/BBS/) for those spectrum disks. so the list above.
maybe a chance to find your disks in one of the disks. if you remember an exact title, search would be easier

Don't know if this is what you're looking for or not, but I found 10 PD disks recently containing spectrum games. I bought them from Online PD 20 (or so!) years ago along with ZXAM v1.6b, and they are labeled as follows:

Spectrum Games #1
#5
#25
#28
#29
#36
#53
#89
#121
#124

Is this any use to you?

i found the disk in BSA Collection. in the included readme you can read "Your Megalomanic Spectrum Collection", consists of 11 volumes.
all zoned as "Your Megalomanic Spectrum Collection.zip". winuea accepts these .dsq disk images, like normal adf files.

for my upload you need to join the Zone group first. once joined you find a new button next to the logout link.
the zone hold files for 60 day, but they get backuped on the eab fileserver.
the link to the bsa files, it's adviced to use a ftpclient (filezilla). the bsa archive consist of two dvd-images. you need all parts ( BSA_DVD_1.part01.rar to BSA_DVD_1.part47.rar for the first archive) to extract the whole achive.
i hope this helps

these disks just contain spectrum snapshot files and a readme. maybe they are bootable, so you get the shell/cli prompt?
i will convert the disks to adf files and will reupload. in the meantime you can install adfview 1.0 - once installed on your windows box, you can open any standard amiga floppy image in your windows-explorer ( create new let you also create new adf images ) - drag and drop for reading writing files from/onto adf images.

edit: i've uploaded the set, but now adf images. if you manage to cope with adfview, double click on an image, it will open, if you want extract files, just select them and drag to another windows folder. so you can take a look at the included readme, for example.
hope this works now
