Not sure why, some games eg Alien 3 appear to have stopped working for me since last time even though I didn't make any changes to it :/ can anyone else confirm or deny whether Alien 3 works for them?

I can't get Virutal Karting 1 to work under Winuae.

Does it it work on a real CD32?

@retrogamer it was working in a previous compilation, but seems to have stopped on this one :/ I must have done something to mess it up. In any case VK2 does appear to work and it's a much better version.

@blaze-f might be worth holding off for now, there appears to be serious issues with this release.

I also wasn´t able to run it on a stock cd32 when i made an own compilation some time ago ( http://eab.abime.net/showpost.php?p=802907&postcount=16 )

My experience: Many games that worked with CD32 settings on WinUAE did not work on the real thing. I think it is a matter of a few KB of free RAM.

Yeah, the pain is that I had XTR working just fine on stock CD32 on my previous release (at least for myself and Lentivector, I think Cobe couldn't get it to run at all). I think what made the difference is that I put in a small utility to check if a button is being pressed, which might have been enough to screw up XTR and half of the other games in my compilation :/

Your compilation looks really nice man, do you mind if I steal games from it for mine?

Edit: Also good choice of Holly Would for your background on the other compilation, I always thought she was cuter than Jessica Rabbit

Don't need to wait any longer! Just this second posted a fixed version. Not every game works (Stunt Car Racer still has problems) but many more of them do, including Virtual Karting 1 and Xtreme Racing.

Flashback now has a working level select menu too

If config was real CD32 config, one possibility is that there really is different amount of free RAM if booted directly (more ram) vs waiting for CD32 title screen and then inserting the CD (less ram).

Thanks.

It's sad that Dyna Blaster is missing, but... thanks anyway

Just a minor note - Boo Boo helped me to get Super Street Fighter 2 New Challengers DX running on a real CD32, what made the difference was configuration settings in ISOCD (which is used to generate the ISO).

Basically cutting the CDFS settings down to a bare minimum freed up enough memory for it to work, and it didn't seem to make it slow to load, so there's a possibility I might be able to include SSF2 on the next release (plus games like Xtreme Racing etc might work more consistently for everyone).

Could you share those settings with us?
@Toni Wilen cd32 title screen does make a diffrence but oddly as I noticed it could be opposite, maybe it frees some kb. For example Worms CD32 resets after main menu if cd is not inserted after the cd32 tiltle screen and Wendetta 2175 after the main menu writes not enough memory if cd is not inserted after the title screen... usually I insert cd and than turn on cd32 to avoid title screen and till now I burned around 70 cd32 discs and theese are only 2 games that don't work that way.

Certainly Cobe! I did bit of a study to try to work out the optimal settings, this is my best so far:

Really? O_o why didn't I think to try that!

Is there any chance you can upload your files for Fifa somewhere? Cheers.

Sure in the Zone they were just some ADFs I grabbed from planet emu.
The game is meant to work with just Assigns and /h but it always gave errors.
