Zorro 2 ram after Deneb

After installed Deneb, Amiga 4000 buster 9 recognize masoboschi 8 mega ram z2 card (clone of memorex 2000), but the card does not work:
Even if I remove the deneb and 6 megas zipp from the card, leaving default with 2 megas, workbench still thinks the card has 8 megas.
So I tried sysdiag to check the ram and it says the ram is bad. With diropus, copying files crashes Amiga when is about to access the ram card and when running tsflmem that ghost memory is vanished from the system.

The device is well recognized at boot menu.

So.. card broken or card vicious? I tried today - 1 day resting then boot Amiga without deneb - same behaviour.
Any ideas?

You need to change the DIP switches when you remove RAM
