Which Amiga to buy
Hi
i got confused .. which one to buy. Amiga one ? or Accelerator card for my A1200 .. but on both cases the cost is high .. i want to run my amiga like a Pc .. with full colors and vga Monitor .. i believe that Amiga one is good idea .. so i can add the market cards .. (VGA,USB,ethernet..) . for sure the Amiga OS4.0 .. my budget is around 850$ anyone can add a suggestions to this subject? |

I won't speak about A1 here, a system that I haven't seen myself.
With some luck you may have your a1200 expanded into a mediator+voodoo+ppc or ppc+bvision system at that price. I got my ppc+32ram (half of my total)+lame tower case+bvision+4 way ide interface for just 200. The trick is, get it second hand from soneone you can trust or you can bash if you feel you're tricked afterwards

If you want to use games and software that uses the custom chipsets, you DON'T want an AmigaOne. A1 is just compatible with aplications that do not use the custom chipsets and that display through RTG.
