Amiga 4000 Right mouse Button always pressed

Hi, i have a Problem with my a4000d
The Amiga was recapped a few years back and is working perfect expect one thing:

The right and middle mouse Button and the 2 and 3 Button is always pressed even if no mouse is connected.

The pot x Signal on Paula is ok ( if i press the right mouse Button the Voltage Drops from 5 v to 0 v)

So i changed Paula but it’s still Not working.

Any ideas? Is there something After Paula telling Amiga os that the Button is pressed ?

Just to rule a couple things out:
Does it still happen when the mouse is disconnected?
Are you able to try another mouse?

Maybe look in the area of U975 if it has suffered battery damage, but even that resistor R984 could cause it, maybe.
