Missing screenshots from FS-UAE launcher

Hi all

Was just wondering why a lot of screenshots appeared to be missing when browsing games from within FS-UAE Arcade, then found a thread here suggesting that images are downloaded 'on demand'. I see there is a zip archive on OAGD.net with the images/screenshots. Can anyone help with where this is supposed to be extracted to so that all images for the database are looked up locally?

Hi,
to me there are no questions leftover. Just read the Text from http://oagd.net/download:

You can download a snapshot of images (covers and screenshots), usable with FS-UAE Lancher and FS-UAE Arcade:

fs-uae-images-snapshot.zip (~290 MB)

Just extract the content to your FS-UAE folder. These images are then preloaded and do not have to be downloaded on demand. New images added to the database after this snapshot was generated will be downloaded on demand as usual.

What a dunce, I must have missed that

Can we just extract these to the root of the FS-UAE folder or do they need to be in their own specific area?

Just extract into the root, keep the folder structure intact.

Thanks again Profo, will test this tonight. Are the snapshots all up-to-date with the OAGD DB. Also, do you know what the "Alternative Image Archive" is (540MB?)

the 290mb File is an older snapshot. It wasnt updated i think. The other One is unknown to me.

Ok... so are we saying that the 290MB file is out of date and that we dont know what the other file is for?
