OS3.2 HDToolbox - DH0 not appearing

Trying to do a clean install of 3.2 onto a CF card in my A1200. I'm booting off the 3.2 install floppy and then running HDToolbox, reading the config of the card and then partitioning it into 3 sections DH0, DH1 and DH2. DH0 is configured as bootable.

Problem I'm having is that DH0 is nowhere to be seen after I save the config and reboot. The partitions I created for DH1 and DH2 appear on workbench just fine and can be formatted OK.

I initially tried a 5GB partition size for DH0, then dropped it to 3GB and even 500MB but it still refuses to show up. I even configured it as the only partition on the card.

I'm using all the default settings and haven't tweaked any of the advanced settings. The card is a Sandisk Extreme 32GB.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the suggestion - unfortunately when I run it the only drives it can see are DF0: and DF1: (I currently have a 500MB DH0: partition configured).

On PC try to clean up the CF, with a program that manages partitions delete everything and leave the CF "raw" without any initialization and without any partition.

Thanks guys, that worked. I had a PC partition program that actually had an option to wipe a drive with zeros/ones so chose 'zeros' and now when I partition the drive all 3 partitions are showing correctly
