There is a comment on OSNews that sums it all up :

Here are the keywords:

"on its way", "will offer", "target price point", "will be", "would have", "will continue to be",

and if by then you still didn't get the point:

"Manufacturing and final price information along with product launch schedules will be following in the next week."

All those things mean: "we have nothing yet but we're really excited", aka vaporware.

I wish they'd make something like this which is fully compatible with running legacy games/apps and has another mode for running the later stuff like OS4 et al.... bah who am I kidding, will never happen. I'd buy one if they did.
