Originals from my friend "PM"

Hi,

I submitted the first original to the SPS from a short list of games my mate own, in a relatively good state apparently.

mr.vince is examining the Bard's Tale version I uploaded onto the SPS FTP a few days ago. I am aware some, if not most of PM's game are already dumped, so except if asked otherwise, I'll upload only the games which don't 100% match the official list (next upload : Dungeon Master FR).

So this thread's main purpose is to track the progress of the SPS'fying of the games I submitted on the behalf of PM, I hope it's OK with you.

I am bumping this thread as PM just emailed me. The first dump of his is still there, uploaded by me, untouched. May be the fact that the SPS is moving to KryoFlux has something to do with it.

I can imagine you're quite busy because of this, yet it would be nice if someone informed me about what one should do with the old dumps, as I have only a vague idea of what you're heading to with KF.

You can of course continue dumping with the "old" solution. It worked for nearly 10 years and isn't broken yet. Please feel free to dump whatever you like to dump.

It's not me who's doing the dump. I merely forward you whatever dumps my contacts are willing to make on their own miggy. All of PM's originals have been dumped so far. Well... Those versions that didn't seem to figure in the SPS list to be precise.
Can you foresee a closing date for CryoFlux experiments so I can bring hope to PM in knowing that his dumps will be examined so soon ?

I surely didn't mean to put any pressure on your shoulders, mr.vince. May I suggest the few of us waiting in line for their games to be IPF'd could be notified by email about KryoFlux, in what way it's dev. impedes on SPS normal schedule and offer them to beta-test it (my guess is not all contributors are EAB'ians, PM isn't one of us at least).
Also, in the news from January you mentioned that about 100 dumps have been processed, so I take it as you still manage to process a few dumps for a few people once in a while. That's good news !

If (when) I get Kryoflux I might just re-dump everything. I'm still waiting too but I figured if they have games to analyse with kryo it may help them in case of any problems.
