On a serious note; the total prize money collected was €1145

This is to be divided up as follows:

Quote:
Prizes will be distributed thus:
1st place = 55%
2nd place = 30%
3rd place = 15%
Which means:
  • 1st place = €629.75
  • 2nd place = €343.50
  • 3rd place = €171.75

As time goes by, the tension is palpable here....

Honey candies, chamomile gargle.... like an opera singer, MikeyG is taking care of his vocal cords in order to be ready for the announcement of the results.

And you,... are you ready ?

Who will be crowned for this first "EAB Game Development Contest" ?

Which of the five games convinced the jury members ?

Stay tuned and be ready at 23:59 BST !

Exactly, do we all really need to stay up late to find out the results.

Can we not just do this today at say 17:00 BST i.e. roughly 2 hours time from now?

We've all waited long enough since the competition ended...

Good things take time to happen...

To let you know: we have discussed this point in general (not your particular request Damien) and we agreed that we had not initially chosen a good 'hour' to give the results, that the next competitions should have a different one, much earlier and which takes better account of time differences (UK, EU, AU, US, JP, etc.).
Let's consider it as a youthful error due to this first edition .
