SAS/C template support

the Unofficial SAS C Page lists an update for template support, but the ftp seems down.
does anyone have this update - "Experimental Release"?

Experimental C++ compiler (~500k) fxx://ftp.warped.com/pub/amiga/sasc/expsascxx.lha

#1) it is already on Aminet - dev/c/expsascxx.lha

this happens, if aminet.net is down

#2) read the "read.me" and start the install from the shell: execute install
some more steps are explained in the read.me file
