Please dump your ST disks!
SPS is finishing off its support for Non-Amiga formats. and is now needing as many samples of these disks as possible to finalise a few things. this includes ST disks, PC-DOS disks, as well as archimedes.
we've already had a good amount of stuff dumped, but certainly more is needed. there are other benefits, many amiga games not yet preserved rely on this functionality, and so this will also bring on the release of many amiga disks too. the EAB community has been very supportive of SPS so far, and with your help we can pull this feat off too these disks are dumped in exactly the same way as your amiga disks. if you've not contributed before and would like to do so, please contact SPS via the website, or PM me here. thanks! |

I assume you'd like DD PC disks too - don't these have the same format as ST disks?

nope it's a modified one from micronik (bought as new !). you just need the PC drivers, and it reads 1.44mb
PC disks like a charm ! I will try on joe and mac caveman ninja european release, since it has a good disk protection + manual passwords |

At the moment Sam Coupe, ST, Acorn, Spectrum, CPC games are the really interesting ones - though dumping some of those requires a special adaptor. http://www.softpres.org/article:hard...drive_to_amiga

Yes Joe and mac is a bitch in european version. i have also the US version, on which the
disk protection has not been incorporated, but there's still password protected. |
