Amiga dance music

Been listening to Paula-produced beats since the 80's and I'm absolutely smitten with the recent PT1210 dj-ing.

my favorites so far are:
- [ Show youtube player ]
- Teo

does anyone know any other rockstars out there?
Links to musicians that are still active are more than welcome too. You can only listen to da Jormas on repeat for so long

The MOD based tunes for Super Stardust are commercial quality IMO.

There was also a musician called DAX/DAXX who did some great dance tunes or MOD'd versions of commercial dance tunes like one from Capella

Have you seen PT Weekender? Their "Atlantis Calling" event last month had 12 hours of PT1210 sets from ten different DJs, including djh0ffman and Teo - loads of great music in a variety of styles.

yeah totally agree, I've got the CD32 version which I use more as an audiocd than for the actual game!
Forgot about DAXX! Thought he was inactive since the 90's but apparently he's got some more recent stuff, I'll check it out, thanks.

I actually only found out about this event after posting here. It looks super cool, but I'm having a hard time finding all past videos. Do you happen to have some links handy?

daxx is over at bandcamp, still doing remixes, i think he changed some hardware a while back and redid all of his older remixes, a lot sounded better, some imho sounded worse, tho thats probably me being a music snob, for example i preferred his original Blood Money Ingame remix, the new one doesnt sound as good imho, got both versions thankfully.

do like those PT mix people doing their thing, hoffman ofc being the main one i typically watch, got a few other people subbed, not sure if theres a convenient list of them somewhere, that would be handy tho.
