Maybe add support for <1 sound buffer?

Toni, I was thinking maybe you could further reduce the lowest 'official' sound buffer setting?
Reason being is that I've manually changed mine to 512 and still have perfect audio with no quality loss/clipping.. using fastest possible, JIT & low latency vsync
(Portaudio: Creative ASIO)

It is too rare hardware configuration. Manual config editing is for special cases
