Hello from Wakefield, UK
Hello.
Recently after clearing out the loft i found the amiga 500 i had as a kid and really got back into the scene. not sure why i ever put it away to be honest. Came here to talk to like minded people and maybe get you to clone some software for me some time in the near future |

Hi. Welcome to EAB. Living in Wakefield don't you need to own an Acorn Archimedes? (The RiscOS show is always in Wakefield for 20+ years)

First Computer Centre was at Armley Park ... I used to work there whilst I was a student . The other one on the A64 was Phoenix, which if I remember rightly was set up by a couple of guys who fell out with the other owners of First Choice computers, meaning First Choice became First Computer Centre, and Phoenix was their new place.
It's through first that I got into occasionally writing for magazines (cu amiga and amiga computing), and also managed to get paid for writing the tabby graphics driver. Good times. |
