Thylacine USB supported by NetBSD

NetBSD now includes Zorro attachment code to existing slhci driver. This means that Thylacine USB is now (kinda sorta) supported. Keyboards and mice work reliably with wscons-based kernel.

Here's dmesg from my A4000 with Thylacine installed.
