sorry its me It is coming up with right letters just there not at the top of the list,so if I pick N the first item in the list is M but if you look further down the list (like in the middle) you can see items starting with N ..anyway you will see in the video.

Yes, it's normal. It brings you to the screen where the letter is, then you have to slide down.

ex: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/1566495/TinyLauncher/TLBug.mp4

-I also have lowered the samples volume as asked.

If I undestand you good it is possible look at my s:startup-sequence in hdf with Tiny Launcer below (you can press F10 key to exit and execute UAEQuit. Ofcourse it is not problem to adjust this to real Amiga beacuse it is only working example:
Code:
assign >NIL: T: RAM:
assign >NIL: ENV: RAM:

assign ENV: Ram:
assign T: Ram:
echo ""
noborder
cls

IF EXISTS S:tl_startup
  execute S:tl_startup
EndIf

LAB LOADTL
set >NIL: Reply `DH0:TINYLAUNCHER/TinyLauncher.exe`
IF $Reply not eq "5"
 skip LOADTL BACK
EndIf

UaeQuit
My S:tl_startup file looks like this:
Code:
assign >NIL: TLGAGA: DH1:AGA
assign >NIL: TLGECS: DH1:!ECS
I hope I helped you a little

Maybe this can help ?:
[ Show youtube player ]

TL can launch what you want if you write a script called WhatYouWant.TL

But it can also execute executable files, you just have to add the extension ".exe" to the file. (This is how comes most of the new demos nowadays).

Nice A1700

Yes some thing like that but I mean it jumps to the screen when exiting for a game and it goes back to the game list you were on so say you load pinball dreams when you exit the game it goes back to the screen where Pinball Dreams is on..?

Just a idea..

Oh and can you turn RAD on and off..?? mine says RAD:NO an the moment and I would it on.

-Of course you can set the RAD On & Off with R key.

-All trackload Whdloadized demos should work with your Amiga 1700.
An the new demos too. Example : http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=59135

Just download & unzip it in your AGA demos directory.

I have similar problem with my CDTV compilation:
I'm using tiny Launcher v2.0, I have followed the instructions on the first post, also I added a MakeDir command, because it was asking for it.
The Tiny Launcher is booting fine and games are available to select, but when I select a game, it looks like is loading and then the CDTV is rebooting starting the whole process again.
I also made a Tiny launcherSE version, for that I changed the ROM to 2.05. The first game I tried was Agony, the game booted to the first screen, but when it disappeared, there was only the black screen and background music was playing. After that I couldn't do anything. The other game I tried and did something was Arkanoid, basically same thing, first screen and then nothing.
I have a NTSC CDTV with new 2.3 boot roms, v3.1 kickstart, and TomHuls 4MB RAM. I have the autoaddram command at the beginning of the startup-sequence.
Under WinUAE A600 with 1MBChip 4MB fast, the compilation runs fine, but on real CDTV it fails.
I'm using MakeCD to make my ISOs, so they boot fine.

gibs: it would be nice if the infopage options were available by using the CDTV remote because only 0-9 buttons are available.

Any inside info would be appreciated. Thanks

Booting WinUAE from the TLPreconf directory, I have recreated the databases, TL says Boot:CD, and both ECS and AGA games are working.
In ISOCD I selected source and destination, added Volume ID and CD32.TM under options, then clicked 'Examine' and finally 'Build'.
When running the ISO under WinUAE (v2410, CD32 quickstart), TL starts, but when launching games it says Loading 'game' and then returns to TL. (immediate return, no reboot)

Your included startup-sequence has 'cd dh0:' in it, and the TL config points to 'Amiga:'.
But I tried both volume ID 'DH0' with TL paths DH0:TLDATAS... and volume ID 'Amiga' with 'cd Amiga:' in startup-sequence, so this should not be related.

Any ideas?

By the way, there is a CD32 optimized version of WHDLoad that leaves more memory and doesn't require a key.
There are also some CD32 memory optimization tips. Have a look at whdload.de.
(I didn't use any of these now. just following your instructions...)

Edit:
Have you uploaded it anywhere?

amiman99,

I am going to look at this as soon as I have time.

If you don't have lot of games don't create the Database (like on my video) until I check what is going wrong.

Do you have a CDROM on your Amiga 600 ?

No CDROM on A600.

Do I need the reset command in startup-sequence?
I only have few games on CD for testing purpose, when the things are running fine then I add more games to it, it speed up the burning process.

What is you CDTV configuration, does it match mine?

Thanks

Nice Icons, I also made some MWB 8c icons last night.

/* update */

I've changed the icons a little bit, they are now centered, different font and extra variations, see screenshot. The new archive is TinyLauncher_MWB_fixed.lha.

I hope so.

Maybe you can release an Icon-Pack together with vjkaos MWB-Icons.
Maybe someone can can built Glow- and Newicons. Then the pack would be complete.

Write them back to disk using the DMS application.

You can use them in WinUAE I think. Edit: Ah, no, it's what Prowler says. My error is because I've opened WinUAE and in the kind of files to open as floppy drive it appeard dms, but I've tried to open one and it appears as uninitialized.

Just been trying out TinyLauncher this weekend and it's an absolutely beautiful program. I love the style, the speed, and all the functionality.

Wanted to say a big thanks!

With support for ClassicWB folder structure (i.e. scanning level 2 subdirectories) it would be perfect (for me!).

Thanks again.
