In game keyboard stuff is now done, all ST keyboard code has been replaced by an interrupt driven keyboard routine, and options in game work as they should.

Now to interpret the mouse stuff, and we can actually have a playable version to playtest

Galahad, this might help ? :

http://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic...=mouse#p207756

there are some descriptions of the custom regs here (scroll down) :

http://retrospec.sgn.net/users/tomca...0Internals.htm

Man, there is SO LITTLE Atari ST programming info on the net compared to Amiga... you really have to dig and even after that you don't really find what you are looking for...

Well, techically I had to crack it, so it would be rather silly to not include something.

Not too sure if I should do something as just me or maybe, just maybe make it a Fairlight release!....... hmmmmm.

Any chance you can document what you need to do, so that others who may wish to give it a shot have a good headstart?

Yes its progressing, got a strange bug that slows the whole game down when a key press is detected which is slowing progress.

Strange bugs slowing it down, might have to optimise my ST to Amiga screen conversion routine to stop it happening.
