A Few Amithlon/AmigaOS Catweasel Questions

I think Ive finally managed to track myself down a Catweasel (mk3) for my amithlon box. Im 1st inline at amibay.com, so all being right in the world it's just now a matter of time

While I eagerly await a response from the person selling it Ive go a few questions Im hoping someone can answer for me please?

Firstly, can I use the Catweasel's clock port for any/all clockport expansions for a "real" amiga through amithlon? Also, what expansions actually are available through the clockport? USB Is what Im hoping for mostly here. Does anyone know if this is a possible inroad to using poseidon with amithlon?

Secondly, can I use 9pin joystick/joypads under amiga os 3.9 through the catweasel?

And lastly, is it possible to use hardware sid through any c64 emulators on AmigaOS? Vice seems he most likely candidate here, but I dont know if it support it (hardware sid) on any platform let alone amigaos derived ones.

Thanks in advance

The clock port is for connecting it to an A1200, so no, you can't connect any expansions to it. Then again why would you, you have PCI slots so you don't need clockport hacks.

AFAIR AmigaOS only got floppy drivers for the CW3. Poke around on Jens' site www.indcomp.de for the driver package, then you'll find out what parts are supported.

Jens' site: Individual Computers.

From the Support Page, download multidisk.device V3.62 November 17th, 2002).

Edit: There are now newer versions available here:
mdisk363.lha
multidisk364.lha
multidisk365.lha

Ah, remembered the URL wrong. Well what can we deduce? You can only access the floppy side of the Catweasel with an Amiga.

Well that's the thing. I *dont* have free pci slots.
Three slots arent common on modern hardware and theyre all in use already. Im going to have to remove my nic or sound card as it is and rely on linux side drivers + onboard hardware to be able to fit the Catweasel.
