I can't talk about the later levels of Black Crypt, but I liked the game a lot, and what I thought set it apart was it looked like it had been written for the Amiga, with some of those cool touches.

The Quest and it's many expansions are a very good rpg.
Easily the best and most deep on the platform.

Download RTC (Return to Chaos) 0.49 and play some of the customs dungeons:

The ones by Zed5Duke are excellent with new graphics, monsters, etc.
I've been having a blast with: Hell's Tavern 2 and NightKin. I intend to check out many of the others
Hello;
What are your RTC best dungeons?, would like ones that are progressive in difficulty, and possibly not having outdoors (or a little).
Thx

Bard's Tale, MM2 and Perihelion have turn-based combat, not in real time like DM.

Yes, it's a nice (and now free) DM clone.

In its dungeons Oblivion has a very eyeofthebeholderesque and ultimaunderworldesque feeling:

Might run a bit slow on a cell phone though.

Send a message via ICQ to lilalurl
Seems like it is also available for Android for those who'd prefer to play on their phones rather than their PC (not tried yet, so I don't know how playable it is on a phone):
http://www.intrrpt.com/delver/

Edit: Ah, it seems the Android version is not free.
