Exclamation

Sure Akira m8,we believe you!

Back on-topic, just wondering if you guys might've added this to your list of incomplete stuff.

In The One April 1993,a preview feature of upcoming Millenium titles listed 3 titles that seem to be MIA.
Flag, http://hol.abime.net/?id=4774 already listed unreleased, but no mention of the other two games in HOL.

Beastball was supposed to be a combination of "the gameplay of Speedball 2 with the side-on look of Manchester United Europe, also developed by Beastball's programmer's Teque"),(judging by the screenshots, looked like it used the GFX from Brutal Deluxe Football),it was being released for the A500,with a possibly "enhanced" A1200 version mentioned. Was due September 1993.

Also mentioned was a puzzle/strategy game called "Dino Worlds". Article mentioned its in-house Millenium programmer by the name of Kevin Mullard. "You assumed the role of a lone T-Rex trying to escape the slowly-approaching Ice Age. This involves a trek northwards through varying terrains populated by all kinds of dinosaur each with their own aims & attitude. The friendlier dinosaurs can be recruited to join your journey. Progress is acheived by a combination of puzzle solving,(laying tree's across a chasm to make a bridge for example),and strategy,(battling rival groups of Dinos)."
Game was also due for a September 1993 release.

Question

I'd been having a look over at the GTW site & spotted this...
http://fgasking.proboards22.com/inde...num=1062152539

Putting aside the arguements over if the C64 related issues, what about the statements attributed to Steve Turner about Ocean-maybe it had nothing to do with Liquid Kids & Ocean France/Ocean why the game was never released but more so Ocean/Taito?

It seems so. As Galahda said Ocean were not broke, so I presume they were just being complete ARSEHOLES

It's interesting food for thought of "what might've been". Although it still mightn't have been all Ocean's fault on this occasion. That said I'll never forgive Ocean for releasing that pile of crud C64 Op Thunderbolt conversion, when the pre-production version reviewed by Zzap! (& given a Sizzler to boot for the C64 version, Gold medal to the Amiga one of course.),looked infinitely better.
