installing cruise for a corpse on hdd

I have installed this game with the installation program, and just copying all the files over to the harddrive.
I have tried to start the game with enhanced chip and original chip, but everytime the game stops loading just after the delphine software intro is finished.
I have also tried to load the game just by using the disks, but the same things happen.
Only time it works, is when I first use kickstart 1.3 and then load the game.
It looks like it will not load in the copy protection thing.
Have anyone had this problem?
