Premier Manager Question

I am trying to play Premier Manager but have run into a couple of problems.
1- The start goes on and on and on, I mean the advertising and which phone numbers to ring etc etc etc.
2 - Once I eventually got to the game I was asked to insert disk 2.I clicked on the disk drive option and selected DFO and got a menu with the option of inserting disk 2, but when I hi-lighted that option nonthig happened,so.
How do you insert disk 2 and any way to get right to the start without going through 10 minutes of advertising first ?
Looking forward to an answer, and thank you in advance.

Assuming you are using the Crystal crack (blue screen with with slow builid up of text from top to bottom) you exit the cracktro by holding the right mouse button when a screen of text is about to clear to start the next one.

As for changing disks, just put the disk 2 in when asked, always worked for me.
