Legion (gobi) 1.1 English missing

whdload.de the slave is 1.0 but on mantis there is the slave 1.1 with english version

I tried this already, v1.1 doesn't like the polish version and I can't get it to work with the english version.

It installs but quits back to workbench without any error message, so it's hard to tell what's wrong at my end.
Maybe that's why it never went official on whdload.de ?

Got this working using the v1.0 installer, copied the 1.1a slave from the mantis site to the Installer dir, and used the Legion (1996)(Gobi)(Disk 1 of 2).zip set from the eab server.

Nevermind, seems to work now.
Uploaded v1.1a to beta folder.

Polish version still throws mem errors though.
I've tried the data files from v1.0 install and disk images.

I've zoned the original polish adfs (seems to be non TOSEC) if someone else wants to try.

The Polish version works with the WHDLoad 1.0 slave

Yes v1.0 works fine with Polish version, but I can't make it work with v1.1a slave.

I'll just leave it as is until an official v1.1 installer is released, v1.0 for polish and v1.1a for english.

Thanks the english version works. For winuae, cpu: approximate a500/A1200 or cycle-exact

If emulation speed cpu: Fastest possible : back to workbench without any error message

I have begun a complete overhaul of all the old zip archives.
Some had unneeded tooltypes added (e.g Dennis) and others had missing icons for docs, maps, solutions etc.
So far Games #-E is done (available at my cloud drive, link in OP) , it will take quite some time to finish it all though.
In the end, when all zip archives is replaced it will be possible to create a clean dat based on the lha archives without Windows & Clrmame messing up the file attributes.

Old single games zip archives or old game collection zip archives? If you want to save some time you can ignore the missing icons for all the extra data you mentioned. Seems to be a lot of boring work for you. Congratulations if you have finnished letter Z.

Single zip archives, I never did any collection zips, only DeCreator and Killergorilla did.

And no, I don't want to save time as there's no hurry or deadline, I want everything to be nice and tidy.
I guess you can call me a perfectionist in these matters.

So this will be the full collection with none of the obsolete "cracked" versions etc. ? Judging by the dates you've done a letter a day ! The words 'Clrmame' and 'Dat' in the same sentence for WHDLoad has been long overdue. Thanks.

There's never been any cracked versions included in this set.
I continued KillerGorillas work 7-8 years ago and have been doing so up until now.

A certain arcade tracker offers a set based on my packages, however I don't support those as they were batch converted in Windows/WinRAR to lha iirc.
I do the zip to lha converting in Workbench by hand.

I meant duplicates when there's the same game made from IPF and another from non-IPF. I noticed a lot of those in AnimalFat's torrent.
