Only? Photoshop is a hell of a graphic program and with some plugins (like DH said) it's capable of producing almost any image you can imagine It also takes a hell of a time to learn the effects and for that to DemonHellraiser for the great wallpapers he had made so far
Look at the big versions and you'll see what I mean with 'really nice reflection details' |

Some years ago, before my A1200 drive die and lost everything, I had wallpaper that is an Amiga boing ball in pieces (kind of puzzle) like next one..I try to find the image again but no luck does anyone has the image?

There are to big white rectangle light sources. They are reflected on the ball. One is yellowish since the glass is red and it sort of mix with the whiet light.. lots of refractions etc going on there..
