Yes it's deathmatch and there's no AI. It has a nice presentation (graphics and sound). Sad they haven't implemented a way to play it single player...

Well spotted TCD!
However, developer is NOT Mayhem.
It's indeed the Software Projects ORIGINAL version, but only a part of it!

- Mayhem replaced the "MANIC MINER" text by "MAYHEM MINER"
- that "game" seems a frozen (AR?) classic version!

If you load the S.P. original, you have a choice between the classic version ("Manic Miner", which looks as if done in 1983) and the graphically enhanced version called "Manic Miner II", the one of which you can see a screenshot in the right half of the DBS in HOL. Mayhem just "extracted" the vintage version (And even had the cheek to call that "cracked" by Mayhem )

I found today really nice game Manic Ball. With mouse you must try to move checkboard to avoid ball from falling:

Sorry, I lost all Amiga game images with power supply crash and I will never use big IDE disks again. I think I found it here http://www.marksplace.f9.co.uk/ but link to Amiga section is dead.

DroidWars is a great little series. Very interesting concept.

Quote:
DroidWars 5 is a realtime mix of shoot'em up and action-strategy,
where the 'virtual-life-actors' (droids)
do their job independent,
determined by their individual equipment and/or weaponry.

You can -not- control the droids yourself,
except in Solo gametype.
