No virus here, I do not use all the information of the ABR database (this is on my list of things to do but far from being a priority). It gives a false positive here ...
DWP database is much more reliable but less complete!

Always check for a read error in the free space of a bamcopy! example:

UltraCard and its successor Foundation is in the zone - UltraCard-Foundation.zip:

Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 1-of-3-1991 .dms
Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 2-of-3-1991 .adf
Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 2a-of-3-1991 .dms
Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 2b-of-3-1991 .dms
Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 3-of-3-1991 .dms
UltraCard_1.4.5 Mike.Lehman-1989.lzh
UltraCard_1.4.5-UltraRoom-Stack.Addon.lzh
UltraCard 1.4.2a Mike Lehman 1989 1of2.dms
UltraCard 1.4.2a Mike Lehman 1989 2of2.dms
UltraCard-Plus_1.5 Mike Lehman 1989.wrp

naming style far from demanded way, i hope you dont mind that much

edit: "Foundation 2.71 Mike Lehman 2-of-3-1991 .adf" i made from part 2a and 2b - kept the orginal files inside , so you can test yourself. and ignore the lzh

@Crashdisk:
There are many DOS disks, which contains corrupt files.
Can you give instructions, how to fix this disks.
I mean, can it be done easily?
I know, its easy if you do this on AmigaDOS level, but i want to do it sector/block based.

it depends on the kind of corruption and what to fix. If these are sectors OFS data, there is a hidden function in DMS-Workshop to do this automatically if you have a copy of the file in good condition. Otherwise, you must get your hands dirty with a hex editor to reconstruct the missing parts and requires good knowledge of the structure of disks:

Indeed, this is exactly, what i would like to do.
Have to check DMS-workshop closer, or have you short instruction?

@Crashdisk:
DMS-Workshop has problem with this:
Quote:
TSB-PackItUp02

If i try to fix the damaged file with inbuilt repair function, it does nothing, it says
"ADF file not saved : Source file and generated file are identical!"

Unfortunately it is logical. DMS-W can only repaired the OFS data even if they are 100% destroyed, but it can not repair the blocks header (and blocks extension but possible and planned for later).
In this case, the file has lost a extension block:
Code:
-------------------------- -------- -------- -- -- -- ---------------- --------------------------------------
 Content list             |  Size  | CRC32  |BA|HR|SQ|      Date      | Error reporting                      |
-------------------------- -------- -------- -- -- -- ---------------- --------------------------------------
3                         | 242.048|00000000|??|KO|KO|1978.01.01 00:00|Sect 78 seq 145 => Data block damaged |
HR will be OK!
Anyway, this disk can not be repaired. This is the bootintro that crushed data from "3" file!

Note that I am actively working on "Demos Packs". Do not waste your time on this part, because I've probably already done what you are about to do.

there is an old magazine which talks about UltraCard and Foundation:

... UltraCard, previously published by Intuitive Technologies ...
and:

by Impulse, support is no longer a problem...
"Mike Lehman" is for sure the author and is listed as such in the binaries next to version - but for the sake of correctness...

UltraCard v1.4.2a (1989)(Intuitive Technologies)
UltraCard Plus v1.5 (1989)(Intuitive Technologies)
Foundation v2.71 (1991)(Intuitive Technologies)

However thank you for this information
