Barbarian (Palace)           -->     Barbarian - The Ultimate Warrior
Barbarian (Psygnosis)        -->     Barbarian
Barbarian II (Palace)        -->     Barbarian II - The Dungeon of Drax
Barbarian II (Psygnosis)     -->     Barbarian II
Encounter                    -->     Amiga Encounter
R.B.I. Baseball 2            -->     R.B.I. Two Baseball

So please do the following:

Delete these configuration files & <gamedirs>:

• Barbarian (Palace)
• Barbarian (Psygnosis)
• Barbarian II (Palace)
• Barbarian II (Psygnosis)
• Encounter
• R.B.I. Baseball 2

Afterwards, download and extract the attached into C:\WinUAE

Anyhow I think you got it all correct now... Personally I would of left (Palace, Psygnosis) at the end of the new Title Names, but I know the words aren't in the exact title.

ETA: Damien, can you re up update #8 and #9 with your latest update for me? I don't know what happened but I'm missing those two.

It might be easier for you to download the re-uploaded "Base Install with Updates Packs #1-10 applied" and then you only have to do the following to be completely up-to-date:

• Update Pack #11.
• Update Pack #12.
• Update Pack #13.
• Update Pack #14.
• Deuteros - The Next Millennium.
• Barbarian+.
• Renames.

Dear Damien,

I took the whole WinUAE folder from my PC and copied it into my laptop but I get no screenshots panel.

Is this because I did not run the .reg? Can I have more than one Winuae (your implementations and a standalone one) running in the PC after I run the .reg?

Yes, you need to run the registry file or use the .INI file:

... WinUAE_v4.0.1_Registry.rar
... WinUAE_v4.0.1_INI.rar

If you have 2 x WinUAE installations it's best to use the registry for one and the .INI for another; so you might as well use the .INI for my collection

Damien, along with the RPG's I thank you for the Earl Weaver Baseball addition but wondering if you can add the Commissioners Disk add-on data disk to it. It had extra functions like editing stadiums and such.

I did see the Earl Weaver Baseball: The Commissioner's Disk but thought; no-ones ever going to be bothered editing names etc. so...

Oh, it's more for the stadium edits. I had a lot of fun in the old days making wacky stadiums to play games in. Thanks for looking into it, man.

Hmmm, I've been playing around with this tonight...

The Earl Weaver Baseball: The Commissioner's Disk can be booted directly without the original disk; here you are able to look at / edit things etc...

In the original though, you select "Commissioner" and can then also load / edit stuff from the original disk plus the Earl Weaver Baseball: The Commissioner's Disk (if inserted).

Thing is though; on this "Commissioner's Disk" I don't see anything for:

• Leagues/Div's.
• Teams.
• Ball Parks.

...so besides being an advanced editor when booted directly (as per HOL entry); I don't see the point?

Plus it would mean having these entries; which is a little confusing:

• Earl Weaver Baseball & Commissioner Disk.uae
• Earl Weaver Baseball - The Commissioner's Disk.uae

Just don't know if it's worth the trouble to add into my collection... unless I'm missing something obvious with all of the above investigation zoodah?

I've come up with a solution that works and isn't messy

So basically you now have the following:

<gamedirs>:
... C:\WinUAE\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball (which contains only "Earl Weaver Baseball (1987)(Electronic Arts).adf").
... C:\WinUAE\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball - The Commissioner's Disk (which contains only "Earl Weaver Baseball - Commissioner's Disk v1.0 (1989)(Electronic Arts)[data disk].adf").


Configuration files:
... Earl Weaver Baseball.uae, which has these disks / paths set:

floppy0=.\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball\Earl Weaver Baseball (1987)(Electronic Arts).adf
floppy1=.\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball - The Commissioner's Disk\Earl Weaver Baseball - Commissioner's Disk v1.0 (1989)(Electronic Arts)[data disk].adf

... Earl Weaver Baseball - The Commissioner's Disk.uae, which has these disks / paths set:

floppy0=.\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball - The Commissioner's Disk\Earl Weaver Baseball - Commissioner's Disk v1.0 (1989)(Electronic Arts)[data disk].adf
floppy1=.\Games\Earl Weaver Baseball\Earl Weaver Baseball (1987)(Electronic Arts).adf

So what this means is that:

a) You load the Earl Weaver Baseball: The Commissioner's Disk and make changes to the Earl Weaver Baseball disk.
b) When you load Earl Weaver Baseball, the disk you've just made changes to are utilitised.

Anyway, still not sure if I'll add into my collection, but attached for anyone that wants to try it out etc...

Just download / extract into C:\WinUAE

I added Earl Weaver Baseball into the collection with Update Pack #14

The question I'm asking is; does anyone think that it's also worth adding in the Earl Weaver Baseball: The Commissioner's Disk considering what I wrote in post #1411?

Personally I don't think so (and probably won't) but wanted to get people's opinion...

The effort was really for zoodah, and now he has what he requested

I haven't added into my personal collection as yet... still don't really get the point as people will just play the game as I would, not mess around with editing the following:

... Leagues/Div's.
... Teams.
... Ball Parks.

Besides, as I've already mentioned, you can edit things using only the original disk anyway... just not to the same extend as with the Commissioner's Disk.
