Music are stored in the *.RAR
Try to extract the *.RAR on a folder, and then, launch the game ... Can you read the musics with a player ? ( OGG ) |

Just played the game a little bit. Great work . Finally some new levels to play . I have some suggestions though:
1. This is my config Quote:
2. Valdyn should sink when falling into the water . And when dying in the water it should draw the normal sprite, as in the Amiga version. 3. The graphics are all Lowres, what's great, I love the pixeled look . But the ingame-font (f.ex. live counter) is high-resolution, so it doesn't really fit. How about taking a smaller font and stretch it to fit, as you do with the rest of the graphics ? This would give it the same pixeled look. 4. Intro: The chest is drawn too big in comparison with the pillars. It looks first as if it's bigger than the pillars, but then shrinks. That's everything for now :P. |

Now it works, but my Logitech Dual Action Joypad doesn't work properly. Valdyn runs constantly to the left, by itself.
The controls should be configured in the config.ini too. I don't want to choose "Keyboard" or "Joystick" every time. Can't use the sword if i hanging at the rope. Last edited by Retro-Nerd; 09 June 2007 at 17:15. |

Can you implement a joypad autodetect/selection? I have two joypads, but only the first detected works with Lionheart.
But it is not really a problem, Joytokey works fine. |

Some more suggestions, I hope you don't mind...
1. Can't the spikes on the ground be animated smoother ? 2. You can reach the hitzone on the neck of the level1 boss with an over-head-swing with your sword, but nothing happens. Also, when the boss lands you're invincible to it. Is that intended ? If so I suggest that the player looses energy when touching the boss with the exception of the head to get up on it. This way you can't get to a position where you can reach the hitzone with an over-head-swing. Level 2: The projectiles of the "cannons/turrets" on the ground (in lack of a better word ) disappear when destroying the turret. The menus in between are high-resolution which doesn't fit the lowres graphics of the rest of the game. But I like this new element . |

Is is possible, that you mixed up the Full screen/Windows settings in the new configuration tool? Can you check it?
The whole image is stretched to fit the full screen, no matter which resolution you choose. Can you do correct resolution output sizes, like in WinUAE? btw: And thanks for the scanline feature. The Logitech Dualshock bug isn't fixable? |

Great. Now I can annoy you with more bug reports/suggestions ;P.
1. Window/Fullscreen is indeed swapped . 2. The stretching mentioned bei Retro-Nerd messes up the scanlines. I tried them in 640x480. They're also stretched which makes the whole picture look strange. 3. When Valdyn stands on a rotating platform in the City the player sprite is positioned too low (partly in the platform). 4. After flying with the dragon (reaching the tower with the rising water), the ingame-music is already played on the introduction screen. 5. Valdyn can't always stand on the columns where the lava rises. I try to jump on them but nothing happens. Also he often falls down from them. Frustrating . 6. After this the blue miniboss appears. The (fire?-)ball he shoots doesn't do any damage though. |

1. The joypad configuration works fine now.
2. Scanlines in Fullscreen mode doesn't work, looks still strange in Windowed mode, like Konrad mentioned before. 3. The 800x600 windowed mode looks nice, can you do a similar, non-streched Fullscreen output? I don't want to see my desktop in the background. btw: I'm using a Geforce 6600. |

The auto-save feature is nice.
Any chances of non stretched resolutions in the future? |
