Wasn't this only released on a CU Amiga coverdisk?
I suspect a CD-R may be involved here.

Something odd/interesting. This looks to be a rebranded CD32 with some kind of health/medicine title. Maybe similar to the way NewTek rebranded A2000s by putting Video Toaster stickers on? [Not my auction and I have no connection with the seller.]
