First it reminds me of the imagery and style of a cover of Amazing Stories, the thing being a wing propeller of a '40s sci-fi rocket, therefore a french game; then, the rope and the flatness of the "wing" means a platform-like game, but they're usually more textured and/or have more saturated colors, and as a platform to walk on, that looks too specific, too much pixellated.
So, maybe some kind of action adventure or illustration.

So, ah, no clue.
