Seems like £42 is the magic one to get the best version (With all the starting positions and scenarios), I really never liked Elite or Frontier though so it's a waste for me, glad it's fans seem to have made it possible though.

gratz on joining the "Founder" club Steve to be honest, i'm really stretching my budget too but i've probably spent that amount of money on space games since Elite 2 and never been as satisfied.
Here's to hoping Mac users get some action too, though I dont see why he's excluded the RasPi and Linux |

yeah that's the one, with 512mb ram.
i got mistakenly sent two (one i didnt pay for) so one is for my bedroom to replace the XBMC on my old xbox1, and the other is a nice cheap NAS, so i'm happy. anyway there's a thread for this... and it aint here so..... £3046 to go! |

2014 is a long way off, doesn't the world end in 2012 or something? Where can I buy a copy of First Encounters today? I am a huge Elite fan on the Amiga but never knew about First Encounters.
