These scans are all from my personal collection, that were uploaded to HOL about one year ago, and there was some talk that these should be turned into PDF and put into the "manual" section. And back then I considered doing just that, in addition of scanning all full manuals that I had, but then laziness struck, and other things got my attention. But maybe someone wants to convert and move them, so let's at least list them here.
