The terrible level editor for the equally terrible Alien Breed 3D 2 was written in AMOS.

The Power of AMOS

http://hol.abime.net/3184

I loaded this game up today and found it to be as fresh as it was when I played it many moons ago. It really shows what is possible with AMOS.This was no doubt inspired by the mighty Turrican, but the author has also included transporters!

What a cool game! If you haven't played it already I recommend you track it down asap.

Were any other decent games produced using AMOS?

No lads your both wrong. Or both half right.

What happened was the guy who coded Worms was called Andy Davidson he knocked up the first version of worms on Amos. The free giveaway version from Amiga Format. He went to the Computer fair they had a stand he asked if he could show them his game.
They signed him up there and then and considering the non complexity
of the game dynamics, re-wrote it in Blitzbasic. Other versions were
made, he only had a hand in the first but got royalties that made him
rich just from that.

He left Team 17 after Worms Armageddon
Cheers

No one here appears to have mentioned the following:

Soko Ban
Chilly Chavez
Codename Nano
Colonial Conquest
Henry's House
Karate Master
Super Bubble Remix
Mouse Impossible

I believe all of those deserve to be played atleast once, and if they don't hook you in then you don't know a decent game when you see/play one!

My two text-adventure attempts, An Amiga Christmas Story and Haunted House Remix were written with AMOS Pro. A handful of homebrew text adventures, and also some text adventure creation tools, were made with AMOS years ago.

Hi All,

In line with this thread I want to let yours know About my in course Developments Projects made in Amos Pro.

The time to finish theys are unknown some are 30%,50% and 80% Finish jet but really I canĀ“t say when and how I want to share.

Now here its some pics about this projects are.

all projects gonna be labelled by my own seal Amiten Software inc.

Name: FishV2
Type: ability
Machine: Amiga OCS/ECS

This Game its near to finish and I think its probably the first I Let Go To the Public but not sure.

Name: AmivaniaV3
Style: platforms/Action
Machine: Amiga OCS/ECS

Here is The most difficult challenge I have set / gonna take long time to finish but some day....

Name: SPACER REMAKE
Style: Action
Machine: Amiga OCS/ECS

This one its 80% finish but need news SpaceShip sprites because now uses the konamis nemesis ones waiting for an gfx artist make new ones for complete the game and get original design.

the game intro its made by HJPZ117 an 3d artist collaborated leaving use his motion 3d intro convert from his 3d animation and give to the game a profesional touch.

Ok hope you like my Developments and one day We can play this titles all made in Amos Pro who still impress me ease and how powerful is only AGA its not support native but still give me hours and hours of Fun...

Best Regards to all , thanks for all support from the people who send me emails and for all the amiga comunity.
