I love Tiny Bobble, there is still a reason to play original Bubble Bobble though. Contains some features that Tiny Bobble doesn't have (namely bonus doors) and vice versa, the two games are just different and I have reasons to play them both.

Tiny Bobble is Game of the year for me so far.

And now port Bubble Bobble 2 please

Final fixes

• Fire & Lightning kept moving when HURRY UP was shown
• In potion screen the 10.000 score is not correctly positioned
• BPLCON3 default was not written (AGA display fix)

Seriously: what your config? There is no reason for a slowdown and it work properly in any WinUAE config I've tried..

It also motivated me to dig out my PS2 Taito Collection disc with Bubble Symphony on it today! Maybe someone could convert that great 1994 update for AmigaNG machines or AGA and/or RTG 060 Classic / Vampire at a push :-)

This was an ultra-fast patch, mostly meant for the 2nd joy button jump and to change compressor (yes, Shrinkler is awesome, but the executable is too big for it and takes too long to unpack on an A500!).

As a bonus I have put a trainer in it, but just as an extra

I'd try but faster than a Vampire isn't easy!

Anyway my CFG is as mentioned A600 with Vampire and KS3.1. The game works perfectly but the trained version has this issue, behaves normally on the title screen but when the game has to start it takes like 3 minutes to get to first level and gameplay runs at roughly 2fps (I guess this is also what makes level 1 so delayed). Music is normal all the time.

A Vampire.. interesting.. I wonder at this point which part of my patch brings out the bug from the Vampire
I'm pretty sure problem come from the 'accelerator' but happy to be wrong

Sounds like the vampire has activated "turtle mode". Not that I really have a clue or anything
