This came from Amiga on the Lake? I have been messaging them once a month or so for the last 6 months and no reply on shipping status.

They may have sank below the Lake. Absolutely awful customer support and communication. I will never preorder from them again.

Still nothing, no word back from emails or updates on site about shipping. I did get a reply to a post on facebook about the time of my last post here, but nothing since. Well over a year now, and nearly 7months past the point of expected shipping.

US Post Office says I have a package incoming from Oswego NY, due Wednesday. There's only one thing I'm expecting from Oswego...

Yes indeed - excellent to see new hardware and looking very good indeed.
Now - anyone know what Satanic blood rituals I need to perform to actually get one? |

Nice! When did you place your order?
EDIT: I see you ordered on 10/21/18. That’s not good for me. I ordered this past summer. Last edited by Pbjr; 12 January 2020 at 18:45. |

Once they fulfill all these preorders, I wonder if they will build-to-order or if they will have a steady supply in stock to sell. It's still tough to get the A1200 cases in the color you want.

No updates, but its WAY over due now. They need to say something. Its a bit out of control now and makes it very difficult to trust them. I was at my user group meeting last weekend in LA and a lot of people told me they refuse to order anything from them now, which is a shame since we have no other real Amiga shops here in the US.

That’s a real pity. I would happily pre-order one right now if I had the confidence they would deliver, even with the extra postage and import duty to get it to the UK. As a small business owner I completely understand the risk of such a niche project, but when I also see there is clearly a demand for it too...

I know. No updates is very frustrating. Say something.
