Many thanks for your support, it's you guys who inspire me to carry on, the Amiga was one awesome machine and having whdload is one of the only reasons I still carry on playing Amiga games.
(Gotta give a massive thanks to SPS/CAPS for without them installing the games would be MUCH, MUCH, MUCH more hassle, so thanks!) Enjoy them! |

btw KG (won't bother trying to track down the specific thread)
what's the current status on the revised packages? I decided not to drip feed them to myself but actually wait till the 0-Z has been completed! |

Well I've finished some of the packs, but was gonna wait until the whole lot is done. That'll be in a few months as it's summer and summer means BBQs and holidays
But don't worry I haven't forgotten |

But i have a problem with the april pack. I use ARMAX dat to rebuild my collection an get one error message. There is a problem with SoreFist\data\con.abk WinZip can't extrakt this file and cmp can't rebuild it. I try to download this file again but i came to the same result. Is the file corrupt? Thank you Morkai |

I've got a problem unpacking a couple of the lzx archives from the previous update packs. Take skidmarks for example. LZX says the archive is empty,
Code:
0 archive(s) extracted. Operation Successful. No joy using unlzx either. However I have found that XAD unpacks it no problem! How could this have been packed in such a way that LZX itself wont unpack it??? WarMachine and Zoom!(IPF) ar two others I've noticed not playing ball, but there could be loads of others. Any ideas what could be causing this? |

I'm using Unarc with the OS 3.9 and i have no problems. Even with the PC Total Commader+lzx plugin i never had problems. Maybe you have some corrupted lzx archives? Try to download the non working games from here, register first (for free): http://amiga.magix.name/index.php

@rare_j: try the xad/xdf package... it can unpack those archives. I noticed similar problems with some and the (xad/xdf)UnFile is the solution, if I'm not mistaken.

Thanks for the suggestions.
In my post I said I CAN unpack the problem lzx archives successfully using xad (xadunfile). I just wondered if anyone knows how they could have been packed in the first place so that lzx-1.21r can't unpack them. |
