Wow, that would be really great. One of all time favourites amiga games but I don't consider Mr. Brimble to be essential part of game, for me important is always good music no matter who will do soundtrack.

Brimble isnt the only musician to work on the Alien Breed series, Bjorne Lynne, Ben Chanter, Simon Allardice have all had a tinkle on their keyboards for this series.

I think it would be a shame not to use one of the above if they are available and a similar price. Depends if T17 have in-house musicians already on the pay roll.

Does Rico Holmes still do gfx?

I thought he was quite essential. The first one was so bloody hard, and unfair (getting trapped where you had to choice but to die), that in the end I gave up and just listened to the 20 min long title music

Well, it was all Allister only for the early years. Maybe whoever wrote this story (not me honest, i erm. read it somewhere or something), wanted to see if making such a news could change anything.. who knows ;-)

I'm with haynor on this one, it just matters that the music is good not who actually composes it. But I have a certain feeling the remake is going to suck anyway, wouldn't be the first time. Time will tell, let's wait and see.

Personally I have enough Worms from long time, I hope that remake will be good.

Let's be honest, it's gonna be another formulaic RTS or similar and will not differ that much from anything already out there!

What can they honestly do to preserve the feel for the original and bring it up2date??

You've played Super Stardust on PS3 haven't you?

As long as Team17 don't go down the full retail route there's every chance the game will be as good as the old ones.

Me and my friend play in Co-Op mode. We used to be 2nd in the world and have now slipped to 3rd position... I think this weekend we'll try to improve but it gets insanely difficult
