Great video, enjoyed it, especially the deadpan humour. Hmm, perhaps not a bad name for the channel; Deadpan Retro

An enjoyable video. It'll be interesting to see what else surfaces from this.

I think your voice is fine, and I love deadpan humor!! The word plays, the jokes as well as the editing, are all very well done! I laughed a great deal. Now she has worms as well... Haaaa!.. I think this kind of humor really needs to be around a lot more. You were aware of some over-usage. Moe would have slapped you on the back, then got you in the eyes (*fake*) Much like The 3 Stooges. I adore them. Big thumbs up.
I agree with Galahad, Windows taking over here in the States was a sad thing to be part of. I resisted it as long as I could for Amiga. But, being a tech...I had to "embrace" it. Still, Amiga and Commodore 64 never left for me...and many, many others. The the cool stuff in this video is well worth it. I'm glad miracles don't exist, you can understand everything if you want to; the how's and the why's. OOhhh!!! Man, it can be...specially if you forgot the Screenmode AND the program uses special code you don't want to find your old software for to hack it. Or for, as you mean, programs that don't offer preferences. Last edited by lilalurl; 28 September 2019 at 08:36. |

@Starglider 2 - really enjoy your YouTube channel. What a soothing voice eh? lol
I was amazed by how you put together that hidden gem of a game with the sound and 3D intro video. The name escapes me now, but I was wondering why not release that 'beta' to PD (unless Team17 wish for it to remain 'private')? Keep up the good work (along with the other 'fractics') |

It's not so long ago that I discovered your channel and just now I watched both related episodes and found this thread.
Glad you could make the monitor work, and it was really awesome watching you two exploring and rendering the Team17 content. It's like opening a chest you packed away to the attic some 20 years ago - but with really cool stuff inside Cris engagement in Cura Orphanage is extremely noble and so is this channel project - kudos! |

Vacation time and amiga stuff, the worms fmv episode was awesome
I've always wanted to see something something similar done with psygnosis rendered intros... So its great that they ended up with someone who knew what to do with them. |

@Starglider 2 - sorry to bump this thread, but just an unrelated query:
I'm looking for "The Lost Years (Feat C64)" music (the video is on here https://www.perifractic.com/music/), that has a snip it as your YouTube videos intro music. I've got Spotify premium and can see your CJ Simpson albums on there, but I can't seem to find that (unless I'm just missing it when scrolling)!? I was under impression it was available on the various music platforms listed in the section below? |
