I've got an Action replay cart I bought for my C64. Remember their adverts in Zzap64?
Anyone got equivalent Datel adverts for Amiga stuff? It's a good way to see what their product range looked like. |

Got an original Amiga Action Replay cart today at a 2nd hand book fair of all things. What's the difference between the various versions of the cartridge?

Being originally Australian, I've never really understood the British sarcasm thing... (only joking of course. I love the UK, why else would I still be here after 7 years)

Yes, very true. Sorry guys
So does anybody know the real differences / features between different models? I guess advertisements and product specs are the best. Anybody have any they could post / upload to The Zone! |

amiga resource is one of the best sites for hardware manuals and specs. But the most text is in german language only. Here are some pics of the Action Replay MK II & III.
http://amiga.resource.cx/photos/phot...d=actionreplay Edit: here are the specs for both freezers. http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/search....eplay&company= |

I think ARC I and II on Amiga, you had to format the disks in a different format from the Standard amiga OFS format. That would of been a hassle as you would of had to of had done 2 lots of copies.

The AR I manual talks alot about FDOS formatted disks, but a sticker on the box reads:

I have not had a chance to try it out yet - so this is all speculation... |
